Angelicae Sinensis, Polygonatum Odoratum, Lycii Fructus, Piper Nigrum,Codonopsis Pilosulae, Ligustici Wallichii, American Ginseng, Cinnamomum, Fructus Anisi Stellati, Astragalus Membranaceus.
当归,玉竹,杞子,胡椒,党参,川芎,西洋参,桂皮,八角,北芪,熟地。
Cooking Instructions 烹饪法:
Pour in 2800ml of water and boil it. 先将2800ml清水大火煮沸。
When water is boiled. Add in all Bak Kut Teh ingredients above and some salt. Boil under a high heat for 15 minutes. 加入少许盐及所有材料一直保持大火煮15分钟。
Turn to medium heat for 60 minutes. Add in some salt and msg (optional). Continue boiling under low heat for 15 minutes until meat is tender. Ready to served. 然后转至中火煮约1小时,再加入适量的盐和味精,再转至小火煮约15分钟,即可趁热食用。
Storage 储存方法:Keep it dry and airy place, and avoid humidity. 置于通气干燥处存放,避免受潮。
Suitable for Vegetarian. 适合素食者。
