Ingredients 配料：

Luo-Han-Guo (monodicae fructus), Rhizoma smilacis glabrae, Flos Ionicerae, Sophora japonica, Radix sophorae flavescentis, Synedrella nodiflora. 淀粉，仙草，茯苓，蒲公英，金银花，槐花，罗汉果，龟。

Direction 食用方法：

Put one small bag with a little cold water to mix powder into paste, then mix paste with 200ml boiling water. Add sugar fluid or honey to serve after cooling. It will be more delicious after refrigerating.

取龟苓膏粉一包倒入煮锅内，加入少量的水搅拌调至成无核稀糊状，再加水至足量 (每10g粉可加水250-300ml) 搅拌均匀，加热煮沸保持至少五分钟。待冷却后加入糖浆或糖蜜即可食用。
